Benefits and Description

All SARMs, including S23, are effective for preventing bone diseases like osteoporosis. Some SARMs were actually developed with this particular purpose in mind. The drugs promote bone health in two main ways. First, they interact with the androgen receptors in the bones and activate bone-building cells. This boosts bone mineral density hence increasing the strength and overall health of bones.

The SARM also increases muscle mass and strength, and as multiple studies report, these two effects result in stronger bones.
